  • Track status
    You can see trail status under each of the facilities - in the app or on our website skimore.no
  • Sledge
    Our Skimore members can book sleds for free in the app for use in Korketrekkeren. Guests book and pay for toboggan hire in the Skimore app.
  • My user is blocked and I cannot book climbing.
    If you are a buyer of the membership or part of an order with unpaid invoices over a longer period of time, this may be the reason why you are blocked. The unpaid invoices must only then be paid for, so that you can book climbing. If this is not the case or you need help with this, you can contact support@skimore.no, which can help you. Remember to write your full name and mobile number registered on your profile.
  • I have paid in manually with vipps, but the payment has not been registered.
    If you have paid with the correct KID number from the correct invoice, this should be automatically registered with us.Send us an email at support@skimore.no and we will follow up on the matter.
  • I bought a day pass, but want membership instead. I have now purchased membership, will I get my money back for the guest pass?
    If you have purchased a Guest Pass in our app and wish to sign up for membership, we will deduct the sum for the Guest Pass from the membership price. The membership must be entered into within 72 hours after you have purchased the guest pass. If you are a family that has purchased a Guest Pass for each family member and wish to convert to family membership, you must sign up for a family membership in the app within 72 hours of purchasing the Guest Passes. Then you send an email to support@skimore.no, and we will make sure to deduct the price of the Guest Passes from the family membership price.In the subject field write: Guest pass conversion familyIn the email write: Name, telephone number of the person who bought the guest passes and the membership. This must be the same person. Ex. Do you buy a Guest Pass on Saturday at 10.00 then you can convert to membership by the following Tuesday at 10.00 NB! The offer only applies to Guest Passes purchased in the app, NOT Guest Passes purchased at the ticket office. The discount only applies to one (1) Guest Pass per person signing up for membership/part of the family membership. Ex. If you/you have purchased two or more guest places per person within the last 72 hours, you can still only deduct the price for one Guest Pass per person from the membership price.
  • I want to pay everything together
    Send an email to support@skimore.no You will then receive information about the outstanding amount, account number and KID to be used.
  • Can I change the due date?

  • Buy Family Membership
    You can be 2 people f.o.m. 18 years and up to 3 children 0-17 years in a family package. It is a requirement that you are in the same family and live under the same roof. Make sure that all family members are added when you sign the membership. The QR code to retrieve any new keycard will only be seen by you as the buyer in your app under Account/my access. All new Keycards must be collected at the same time, but it is sufficient for one person to collect them.
  • Key card
    Keycard from last season will continue to be used this year.New Keycards are picked up from cash registers inside or from machines located outside in all facilities. Replacement cards are purchased in the app; Account > My access > Click on person needs replacement card > Click red button "Lost keycard" > Go to payment and complete purchase > Collect new Keycard by using QR code at a pick up point
  • Buy for children/young people
    Download the app and create a user with your data.Then you click on individual membership - say no to being part of the purchase - and enter the young person's/child's data. Then you choose annual or monthly installments, read and approve terms and conditions, and make the payment. Remember that you must use Bank ID. Only you, the buyer, will see the QR code to retrieve any new keycards in your app under Account/my access.Send the person concerned the code as a screenshot, and they can retrieve their lift card themselves.
  • Freeze membership
    Membership can be frozen for a specified period if a member becomes ill or injured within the agreement period, and therefore cannot use the membership. Injuries and illness that the member had when the membership was taken out do not give the right to freeze the membership. Membership can also be frozen as a result of pregnancy and the document mandatory first service. If the member is part of a family package, the monthly price will be reduced in % - corresponding to the number in the family package. If there is, for example, a family of 4 and one is injured, the monthly price will be reduced by 25% in the specified period. The member is obliged to notify Skimore within a reasonable time after the injury/illness occurred. A valid medical certificate stating the start and end time is required. The agreement period will be extended correspondingly to the period the membership is frozen.
  • Renewal of membership
    Memberships are renewed for a new 12-month binding period if renewal is not stopped in the app before the renewal date. The buyer of the membership will be able to stop or activate the membership again before the renewal date in the app under Account-> settings-> Renew/terminate. This date is clearly visible on all invoices (you can find them in the app under Account/my access/invoices.) If changes are required as a result of a changed age category, the price can be adjusted. The price will also change if you change product categories or add new people to a family membership.
  • What do I need to remember before the first visit for the season?
    You must keep this in mind before your first visit of the season: 1: Make sure you have an active membership In your Skimore app under the menu Account > My access you will find your membership(s). 2: Be sure to bring the correct Keycard (lift card) On the back of your lift card is a DTA number. All cards we use are from the manufacturer SKIDATA have 20-22 digits and no letters. In your Skimore app in the menu Account > My passes > Active passes you can see your DTA number - make sure this matches the number on the lift card. If you or one of the people you bought membership for no longer have last year's card available, new cards can be bought by clicking on the person/those who lost their lift card and then selecting »Lost keycard» and choosing buy (60 NOK) In Account > My access you will find a QR code for a new keycard. You use this at a pick up point to collect. If you have any questions, you can contact support@skimore.no well in advance of your visit to the facility.
  • Membership duration/termination
    Our memberships are annual memberships with a duration and commitment period of 12 months, with automatic renewal for another 12 months with commitment. We do not have ongoing monthly memberships or memberships that only apply to the winter or summer season. You can end the contractual relationship with us whenever you wish, by paying out the balance for the contractual period so that 12 out of 12 months have been paid. You must also stop the renewal of the membership in the app under Account-> settings-> Renew/terminate. Notification of renewal is sent out by email well in advance of the renewal date. This date is clearly visible on all invoices (you can find them in the app under Account/my access/invoices.)
  • Benefits membership
    Benefits of your membership are not part of the membership itself, but are an additional benefit we offer our members. These benefits will be time-limited to the specified season/period and may also vary from year to year. As a member, you must familiarize yourself with which membership benefits apply. You can get an overview of current benefits both in the app and on our website. If an advantage we previously had is not there, such as a free pass in Trysil/Hemsedal, it is therefore no longer an advantage we offer.
  • What is Skimore Membership?
    Skimore membership gives you access to Skimore Oslo (Ski center Tryvann and Wyller, free toboggan rental for sledding in Korketrekkeren and H&L climbing park), Skimore Drammen (Ski center, climbing park and one of Norway's best downhill bike parks) and Skimore Kongsberg (Ski Centre).
  • Mobile ticket
    We are in a test period in collaboration with Skidata. Those who have chosen this in the app must also take their normal Keycard with them and keep this in reserve in their right pocket, so that you can quickly switch to driving with a Keycard (then put it in your left pocket). Keycard and BLE cannot be used at the same time in the system. You can switch from BLE to Keycard vice versa in the app.
  • Restricted membership
    If you have been notified that the membership has been blocked due to non-payment, you must add a new or the same bank card in the app (Account – Settings – Payment method) and then contact support@skimore.no to get the block removed as soon as possible.
  • Information about payment

  • My membership has been renewed without my approval.
    Renewal is part of the agreement that is signed when you buy membership in the app.If you do not wish to be renewed, the purchaser of the membership must stop the automatic renewal in the app (account - settings - renew/terminate) or give support@skimore.no message by email BEFORE renewal.
  • My membership period expired after I had been a member for 1 year. Why am I still tied to 1 more year? I don't want any more membership.
    Membership in Skimore is an ongoing contractual relationship with a commitment period of 12 months. The membership automatically continues with a new 12-month commitment period after the end of the agreed commitment period and until the membership is terminated in accordance with chapter 9 of the terms and conditions. The terms are something that all buyers of members must approve in the app before purchasing.
  • How do I stop the auto-renewal? I do not wish to be renewed with a new contract period of 12 months.
    Purchasers of the membership can themselves manage the automatic renewal in the app by going to Account - Settings - Renew/Exit. This must be done BEFORE renewing the membership. You will find the date of your renewal in the same menu as you deactivate/renew your membership. You will not receive a confirmation email after deactivating, but you will see it by the cursor to the right of your/their name going from blue to red. If you can't do it, you can always contact support@skimore.no.
  • I have received a QR code on my access points without having requested a new keycard. I still have my keycard.
    Contact support@skimore.no and they will look at the case. In the email, you must include a photo of the front and back of the keycard. Also remember to write your full name and mobile number registered on your profile.
  • I have a QR CODE on my tickets. The QR code does not work.
    The app is struggling to deliver working QR codes at the moment. We are working on it. Get in touch by email with support@skimore.no, and they will help you. Remember to write your full name and mobile number registered on your profile.
  • Can you delete all information about me?
    As long as you do not have an unpaid or active membership/booking now, you can contact support@skimore.no for selting. who can help you with this. If, on the other hand, you have an active booking or something unpaid, then you must wait to make contact until the invoice(s) have been paid and the membership is no longer active.
  • My keycard is blocked and I have nothing outstanding.
    Contact support@skimore.no and they will see on the matter.
  • I would like to make use of the cooling-off period. I have used the membership a couple of times. You are not allowed to pull me for this.
    If you wish to make use of the right of cancellation and the membership has been used during the period, the member must pay per use, i.e. for use according to the current prices for guest passes. Example: If you have a single membership and have used it for 3 days, you must pay for the equivalent 3-day card. Or, for example: if you have a family membership with 4 members and 2 of the members have used the membership 3 times, then you have to pay 3 guest passes per member.
  • Can you change my personal details (photo, name, date of birth, email)
    You can contact support@skimore.no who will change this for you. Remember to specify what you want to change from time to time.
  • Can I get the number of trips or days that I have driven?
    It is not possible to see this yourself in the app as of today. But you can contact support@skimore.no , who can send you an overview.
  • I am going to book for a friend who has a membership, when I enter his phone number it says that I have to pay. Why? Is he a member?
    A: We are working on a solution for this, you can either complete the booking with payment and send an email to support@skimore.no afterwards and we will refund the amount if the person you paid for has an active membership. Alternatively, the friend who has a membership can take a screenshot of the barcode in the menu Account - My access - Active bookings and send an SMS to one of the people who joins up.
  • I have booked climbing in Drammen and chose to start the climbing at 15:00, but it says in the menu Account - My access - Active bookings that the climbing visit starts at 10:00, why?
    All bookings in Drammen's climbing park are all-day bookings and the time shown in Account - My access - Active bookings is when the facility opens. You can come at any time, but no later than 3 hours before the facility closes so that you can take part in the safety training.
  • I went climbing last week with a friend. I get booked for myself again, but get an error message when I book for my friend. It says that he has an unused booking, but we both visited last week.
    We are on the case. Contact support@skimore.no if the error message persists. Thank you for your patience.
  • I have a family membership with my partner and 3 children. One of my children will now join another family and climb. Can they book for him or do I have to?
    If the child has a telephone number linked to his user, others can add him to his booking by adding a participant and entering the telephone number. If the child does not have a phone number associated with their user, you can register the child's phone number by going to the menu Account - My access - Active access, click on the person concerned and select "edit user details" where you can then save the phone number. Make sure that this phone number must be unique and that you cannot use your own phone number, e.g. If the child does not have his own telephone number, you as the guardian must book climbing from your user. And take a screenshot of the barcode in the menu Account - My access - Active bookings and send an SMS to one of the people who joins up.
  • I'm going to book climbing starting at 10:00 but am told that it's fully booked, even though the lines in the app are green/orange. Why?
    Bookings in the climbing park in Oslo are calculated to be 3 hours and climbing harnesses are then reserved for 3 hours. If you want to start at 10, there must be free harnesses not only at 10:00, but also at 11:00 and 12:00. If we run out of climbing harnesses / sizes (availability line is red) at either 10:00, 11:00 or 12:00, you will have to choose another time.
  • I would like to book a visit to the climbing park for me and another member. How do I do that?
    You do this by adding the participant with a telephone number to your booking. If you enter the phone number of the member, but the app does not give feedback "is this the right person" followed by the name of the member you want to add. Then it is either the wrong number or a person who is not registered with a number.If a user's phone number is not registered, ONLY the person who pays for the membership for that person can book climbing for that person.Whoever bought the membership can subsequently register a phone number for that user/member by going to the menu Account - My access - Active access, click on the member and "edit user details", enter the phone number and save. The telephone number stored on each member must be unique. When a phone number is saved on the member's profile, the member can log into the app and book climbing for themselves, and others will be able to add the member to their shopping basket, for example to book climbing, and will then get the correct price.< /p> If, for example, a child who is part of a family membership does not have a phone number linked to his profile, then ONLY the buyer of the membership will be able to book for him, until the phone number is registered on the profile.
  • What do I have to think about when visiting the climbing park?

    Climbing rebooking with accompanying certificate: The person with an accompanying certificate must book climbing via the Skimore app. Then send an email to booking@skimoreoslo.no with the height of the companion and the date you will climb. You do not book for the companion in the app or ticket window. This must be done at least 72 hours before the visit. (Reservation of typographical errors)

  • I have a municipal companion certificate, do I skip queues?
    We accept municipal companion certificates during the winter season. The person who has the accompanying certificate must have a valid ticket. Companions receive a free guest pass. This can only be collected by personal attendance at the ticket office. Both the companion (over 18) and the person being accompanied must be present.A valid municipal companion certificate with photo must be presented. Anyone with an accompanying card must either purchase/or show a valid lift pass when collecting a free guest pass. Own routines for sit skiing, contact the ticket office. You do not skip the queue with a companion certificate.

    Aron Tunet Lodge is idyllically located at the bottom of the hill. Both hot and cold dishes are served here during the ski centre's opening hours. Aron Tunet Lodge also has all rights! We serve something for every taste, whether you want to enjoy a full dinner or just take something with you on the go. On the menu you will find, among other things, today's dinner, hot soups, snacks, ready-to-eat, baked goods, kiosk goods, coffee and mineral water. Then you can order food from the entire Skimore Kongsberg area, you will receive an SMS when your food is ready for collection. It is recommended to use this option on busy days. We serve something for every taste, whether you want to enjoy a full dinner or just take something with you on the go. On the menu you will find, among other things, today's dinner, hot soups, hamburgers, sausages, snacks, spreads, pastries, kiosk items, coffee and mineral water. We serve something for every taste, whether you want to enjoy a full dinner or just take something with you on the go. Sit inside or outside on our veranda and enjoy the sun and the view of the ski centre! The stay is our great meeting room.From your stay's veranda, you have a great view of the ski center's bustling life. You can book this room with the desired catering. Suitable for up to 12 people. Samuels Gruve is a venue inside Skikroa.In Samuel's mine you will find our bar with all rights. Both hot and cold dishes are served here during the ski centre's opening hours. It is also possible here to use WeOrder. Sølvstua, which is located at the top of Turisten, is open on fine and sunny days and outdoor seating only. Simple food is served here and it is possible to enjoy both hot and cold drinks. It is also possible to book our premises for companies. We offer food for large and small groups.
