Safety rules

These general terms and conditions apply between TryvannWyller AS and the person who, personally or through others (the guest), enters into an agreement with TryvannWyller AS in accordance with the confirmation. The agreement may concern admission tickets, ski pass purchases, equipment rental, purchases of other products and services, or a combination thereof (the event).

The responsible organizer is TryvannWyller AS, P.O. Box 58 Slemdal, 0710 Oslo. Organization number 996 599 507.

As organizer, TryvannWyller AS is responsible to the guest for what the guest is entitled to under the agreement. This responsibility also includes services performed by parties other than TryvannWyller AS. Information provided in catalogues, brochures, and on the website is binding for TryvannWyller AS, but may be changed before the agreement is entered into if a clear reservation has been made and the guest has been clearly informed of the change.

TryvannWyller AS reserves the right to correct any printing or typographical errors.

As organizer, TryvannWyller AS is obligated to ensure that the guest receives a written confirmation of the booking, that information is provided regarding payment terms and other matters relevant to the rental, and that the rental corresponds to the description in the confirmation.

TryvannWyller AS is not responsible for promises made directly to the guest by third parties without the company’s knowledge or which it could not reasonably be expected to have known about.

TryvannWyller AS reserves the right to change or cancel activities due to weather conditions or other circumstances that make it unsafe to remain open. The customer is responsible for obtaining information regarding age limits, health requirements, and similar conditions.

It is the guest’s responsibility to check the confirmation and ensure that the arrival and departure dates are correct.

The booking becomes binding for both the guest and TryvannWyller AS once it has been confirmed in writing.

The guest must pay for the event no later than the date stated in the confirmation or directly when booking online. For bookings made directly at Skimore Oslo, payment must be made in advance, prior to the start of the activity.

The guest may pay safely and without any additional fees using VISA, Bankaxept, Diners, or MasterCard at skimore.no. TryvannWyller AS is responsible for all credit card transactions processed through this website.

When paying from abroad, the guest must cover transaction fees both in their home country and in Norway. TryvannWyller AS must receive the full amount in Norwegian kroner (NOK) as stated in the confirmation. Any additional charges incurred during payment are to be covered by the guest.

Equipment rental purchased online is non-refundable and applies only to the booked date. Changing the date is not possible. In the case of illness or injury that can be confirmed by a doctor’s note for the registered participant, 90% of the booking value will be refunded, regardless of when the cancellation occurs before the booked date.

TryvannWyller AS reserves the right to modify rental terms if the guest can be offered equivalent services. If cost increases occur after the agreement becomes binding, TryvannWyller AS may raise the price correspondingly if the increase is due to changes in taxes or fees. The price cannot be increased within 20 days prior to arrival, and any change must be communicated to the guest immediately. If costs decrease earlier than 20 days before arrival for the same reasons, the rental price shall be reduced accordingly. No compensation is due for interruptions or errors if TryvannWyller AS can demonstrate that operations could not continue or the error was caused by circumstances beyond its control — such as extreme weather — that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

TryvannWyller AS has the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the guest or anyone in their party acts negligently and/or causes damage to property or the surrounding area, or uses the premises for purposes other than agreed. In such cases, the guest and their party must leave the premises immediately, and no refund will be issued. If the agreement is terminated for such reasons, TryvannWyller AS will charge a fee corresponding to the damages caused, but not less than NOK 5,000.

If the guest has complaints regarding the booked equipment, they must contact TryvannWyller AS.

If the guest and TryvannWyller AS are unable to reach an agreement, any dispute regarding a written agreement shall be settled in Oslo District Court.

Both parties have the right to withdraw from the rental agreement if the visit cannot take place due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor conflicts, extended interruptions in water or energy supply, fire, or other comparable major events beyond the control of either party.

By completing payment, the guest consents to the processing of personal data by TryvannWyller AS. This is necessary for standard guest administration, for access to personal data in case of accidents, to fulfill cancellation terms, and to handle potential damage claims. The information may also be used to provide details about insurance, payment services, and travel-related offers. Detailed information about privacy can be found on the Skimore Oslo website via this link: https://www.oslo.skimore.no/personvernerklaering

For ticket purchases for the climbing park, the following terms apply: Skimore Oslo does not issue refunds in the event of changes or cancellations due to weather or conditions that make it unsafe to open the park. The customer is responsible for obtaining information about age limits, physical health requirements, and similar conditions.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bankaxept, and Vipps. For bookings made through the app, the QR code from the app must be presented (Account > My Access > Active Bookings).

Tickets purchased through the app are refundable if canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit. A 100% refund will then be issued. Cancellations must be made through the app (Account > My Access > Active Bookings). The booking becomes binding once payment is confirmed and the transaction is approved. Keep a copy of your confirmation for your records. In the case of illness or injury documented by a doctor’s note, 90% of the amount for the affected person will be refunded.
